Nat, she means she won't get there until 4am and no one will be up to register her or get her shirt.

We've got another sponsor: the Mighty Ohio Scooter Club has given us $200 for the rally! Woo hoo

I was actually wanting to buy one of LAST YEARS shirt. The Rally and my vacations seem to be at the same time so I missed last years rally. But I got a kick out of the shirts. So if there is still one left over from LAST YEAR I would like to purchase one.

I'm a no-go for working the registration table for Friday night -- we can't come until Saturday morning, sorry.

Adidas Sambas? Check. Rally t-shirt? Check. Can of PBR? Check. Furthering scooterboy stereotypes? Double check.

The rally is just under 2 weeks away. We still have lots to do. Tshirts and patches have been taken care of. We are still waiting on raffle and swag items to come in so if you know a sponsor, please let them know we need their items by the end of THIS week. Please contact me when you get these items or if you need me to pick these items up. I am assuming we will be stuffing rally packs and raffle bags at the beginning of next week so we may need a few volunteers. If you can do so, once again, please contact me. There will be a meeting NEXT Thurs, Aug 19th, the night before the meeting to make sure all is in place. I believe the meeting will be held once again at the Filing Station on Linden. Unfortunately I have a training for work that evening that I cannot miss so I will not be able to attend (at least not until later if they release us early). If you have any questions or would like to possibly help, just PM, hit me up on Facebook, or email me. Thanks

Is there a final schedule for managing the registration table? I see that I am paired with Angie. I have the day off so I can arrive early. I just need to know what time you want me to work the registration table.

Looking forward to this event!

Mike
I can do registration Friday as long as you need me and I can help with Saturday night dinner and clean up or anywhere you need me.
